Who We Are
Property Lead Inspectors, LLC is a family-owned-and-operated home inspection company based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We focus on lead-hazard inspections and risk assessments for residential properties that have been built prior to 1978, as well as real estate home inspections.
How We Began
Suzanne Long, RN (retired) case managed lead-poisoned children from 1998 to 2010. In 2011, she started her own business. Property Lead Inspections, LLC. Kathryn Germer, LPN, her daughter, has been a nurse for over 20 years and Rich Germer, her son-in-law, joined the company in 2014 as the business expanded. Rich, our Home Inspector, has been a part of the building industry for over 25 years, the last 15 of which he has been a certified building inspector specializing in multiple categories including both commercial residential, old and new construction.
We are all Certified Lead Based Paint Risk Assessors and Rich Germer is also a certified professional real estate home inspector.
